An engineering job does not mean you can leave your people skills at your home when you go for the interview. It is imperative that you are personable and responsible. Curiosity and enthusiasm are one of the most important skills that interviewers look for in an employee.
Interviews do not need to be uncomfortable, they’re always a learning opportunity. Each interview presents an opportunity for you to grasp something new. You’ll either acquire a new idea, a new tool, get insights on products and tech, or sometimes even about yourself. The more you view interviews as a learning experience, the more it will be easier for you to participate more freely in the same.
