A: The cloudkampus learning plans have been devised keeping in mind the learning appetite and affordability for students and young professionals. You can choose between our 4 learning plans based on your learning needs. Each plan has its own advantages and progressively increases from Basic through Platinum.
2. What is included in the Basic subscription? What level of support will customers have in this plan?
A: The basic plan for INR 999/- offers unlimited access to self-paced courses with no access to live courses. The basic plan for INR 1,499/- offers unlimited access to self-paced courses with access to 1 live course of your choice. In this plan, CloudKampus will provide E-Mail support for the learners.
3. What is included in the Silver subscription? What level of support will customers have in this plan?
A: The silver subscription offers unlimited access to self-paced courses with access to 2 live essential courses and the INR 9,900/- plan offers additional access to 1 live intermediate course. The silver plan entitles you to a career advisor throughout the plan duration along with course selection guidance from experts.
4. What is included in Gold subscription? What level of support will customers have in this plan?
A: The gold subscription offers unlimited access to self-paced courses with access to 3 live essential/intermediate courses and 1 live advanced course. The INR 14,900/- plan offers additional access to 1 live intermediate course. The gold plan entitles you to a personalised career advisor throughout the plan duration along with course selection guidance from experts.
5. What is included in Platinum subscription What level of support will customers have in this plan?
A: The platinum subscription offers unlimited access to self-paced courses with access to 4 live essential/intermediate courses and 2 live advanced courses. The INR 29,900/- plan offers additional access to 1 live intermediate course and 1 live advanced course. The platinum plan entitles you to a personalised career advisor throughout the plan duration along with course selection guidance from experts.
6. Is the basic, silver, gold and platinum plans available globally?
Yes. The plans are available for international learners as well.
7. A learner gets access to their learning plans immediately after purchase.
A learner gets access to their learning plans immediately after purchase. Upon purchase, instructions for accessing the content will be sent via email, post the processing of the order in the system.
8. Is any course content available offline? Can I download the e-book?
The course content is not accessible outside the website. All the content can be access through the CloudKampus dashboard.
9. How can course completion certificates be generated?
Course completion certificate and feedback can be accessed through the Cloudkampus dashboard.
10. Which languages are the courses offered in the learning plans?
Courses are currently offered in English, Hindi and Tamil. More languages are being added, stay tuned!
11. When does a subscription start to count toward days used?
The subscription countdown starts from the date of purchase and is calculated accordingly.

13. Can the Cloudkampus Learning Subscription be shared by multiple users?
A: No. A subscription is for the registered single user only. In the event of sharing, the account will be disabled.
14. Can I enrol for a Certified course through the Subscription plans?
No. Cloudkampus's Certified courses cannot be enrolled using any of the subscription plans.

You can claim for a refund for all live courses. The refund amount will be calculated on the following basis:
- 72 hours before the course commencement: 75% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the course commencement: 10% refund

16. Can I renew my subscription, if yes what are the terms? Does course progress get carried through on renewal?
